As an industry partner, you agree to use NBCC's EL platform as intended:

- Review and screen student applications for posted opportunities.
- Follow any relevant policies and guidelines provided by NBCC.
Platform Usage
The platform is designed to streamline and support the management of experiential learning opportunities. Industry partners are responsible for maintaining up-to-date job postings and ensuring their accuracy. By using the platform, you agree to do so in a responsible and ethical manner.
Confidentiality and Privacy
You agree to protect the confidentiality of any student or institutional data shared through the platform and to use it only for the recruitment or placement of students. NBCC may share relevant data with authorized provincial partners to support program administration, reporting, and quality assurance, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Termination of Agreement
NBCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform.
